We want the Healthinc website to be accessible and useful to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.
We continue to improve the way people can read, navigate and interact with our website. If something is difficult to access, please tell us so we can help and look into the problem.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference when developing and reviewing the website. This is a goal for our ongoing work, not a claim that every page or component has been independently audited or certified as conformant.
We aim to provide clear page structure, readable content, meaningful descriptions for informative images and navigation that works with a keyboard and assistive technologies.
Where you may encounter difficulties
Some content or features may not work equally well for everyone, particularly third-party material, embedded media and linked PDF documents. We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit of the current website, so this statement should not be taken as a declaration of full WCAG conformance.
We review accessibility issues as they are identified and work to address them in proportion to their impact.
Help accessing information
If you cannot access information, use a form or download a document on this site, please contact us. Tell us which page or feature you were trying to use and what would help. We can discuss another way to provide the information.
Email sales@healthinc.com.au, call 1800 882 443 in Australia, or use our Contact Us page.
Please do not include patient-identifying or sensitive health information in an enquiry through this public website.
Feedback and updates
We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers. Where possible, include the page address, the problem you encountered and any relevant browser or assistive technology details. You do not need to disclose a disability to request help.
We will review this statement as the website and its accessibility work evolve.
