Support and Maintenance Contracts
All Healthinc solutions come with 12 months warranty and support as standard. At the end of the 12 month warranty period Healthinc can offer a support and maintenance contract tailored to your business needs. Choose from the following contract options:
- The Ultra - includes 24 x 7 technical support for equipment and software, breakdown parts and labour, software upgrades, annual preventative maintenance
- Premium One – includes business hours technical support for equipment and software, parts and labour, software upgrades, annual preventative maintenance
- Simply Software – includes business hours technical support, software maintenance and upgrades
- Breakdown Protection - includes parts and labour only
- Hot Swap – for added peace of mind for your business, add the hot swap option to any of the above Support Packages. We will replace any faulty PC unit (covered by this agreement) with a substitute unit within 48 hours (working business days only) to allow you to keep working while your unit is repaired
